Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for any reason. Undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding currency conversion fee and credit card fees). Once the returned item reaches Lincinco's warehouse and undergoes inspection, the refund process will commence.
 

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact Lincinco customer support with the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot confirming the order number. Within 24 working hours, Lincinco Customer Service will provide the return address. To ensure timely processing, please notify Lincinco of the return by providing courier name and tracking number.

Return Requirements

Returned items must include all accessories and original packaging. Failure to meet these requirements may result in rejection of the return.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be issued once the item is received at our warehouse, typically taking 3-5 working days. The refund will be credited back using the original payment method.

Non-Quality Related Warranty Claims

For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. However, Lincinco will refund the cost of the product itself. Refund requests for non-quality issues expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim.

Warranty Claim Process

Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase, and Lincinco will document troubleshooting efforts. Serial numbers and visible proof of defects are required. It may be necessary to return items for quality inspection.

Quality-Related Warranty Claims

All quality-related defects are covered by Lincinco's warranty, starting from the date of purchase. Warranty claims for quality-related issues involve replacement with a factory refurbished model or a new item. Warranties on replacements follow the same timeframe as the original defective item, or 3 months after replacement, whichever is longer.

Items Not Covered Under Warranty

Products without sufficient proof of purchase, lost or stolen products, items that have expired their warranty period, non-quality-related issues after 30 days of delivery, repairs through third parties, damage from misuse, and purchases from unauthorized resellers are not covered under warranty.
